Task and Action in brief
a. Project Implementation Team: A chart of project organogram shown below :
b. Effective work planner: An effective work planner to be maintained to examine the progress of work step by step every alternate day practically at site by project in-charge.
c. Time Scale: Time scale determines the maximum time required for a particular work. Harmonization between time-scale and work planner is the key to success. This time scale to be maintained for each and every individual items of work as proposed in the project planner and time scale chart. This chart will focus the start and completion of each and every work. Project in-charge will monitor the progress as per proposed time-scale and work planner chart every week and will confirm that no item is staying untouched in the schedule of work.
d. Smooth Supply of material/labors and fund: Project funding and material procurement team will always be active to ensure supply of required approved material at site as per company’s existing method. To ensure proper flow of financial support a fund flow program is to be followed. About 50- 60 nos. skilled master roll labors are the main work force which is organized by foreman with full establishment of timber related production.
e. Supervision: One full time project supervisor having experience of work with several projects in Bangladesh in similar decoration work to be engaged at site to supervise and co-ordinate all the labors to ensure day by day progress as per proposed planner. Top supervision to be made by project in-charge (Project architect), co-architect, electrical consultant / manager and other technical individuals in every alternate day as per proposed visit schedule.
f. QCT visit: Quality control team (QCT) members will also give fortnightly visit at site to review the quality of work. The team will supervise all the on-going works and provide necessary support to the site in order to ensure optimum quality of work.
g. Project Handover: Like other major task, handover of certain work is also part of the project implementation plan. The project would be handed over the client after successful and satisfactory completion within the schedule.
